BIO

Born in Vienna on February 11, 1976, to a Bosnian Croatian mother. Raised in Munich’s Hasenbergl district, the wildflowers of the meadow “Panzerwiese” were her childhood friends. In her paintings today, they become motifs that shimmer, dissolve, and reconnect - felt rather than merely depicted.

Spending her days among original works by Otto Piene, A. R. Penck, and Günther Förg, shaped her eye for abstract tension and movement. In her visual language today she abstracts how flowers feel through floral, vegetal, and amorphous gestures, free lines, and color fields.

Working across canvas, paper, or wood, she involves acrylics, ink, chalk and charcoal. Her process goes from thick impasto to delicate glazes, often pushed by the use of unconventional tools: a swim noodle, a 3D printer spool, a floor scrubbing brush, or a tree twig. Where she once focused on detail and form variety, she now explores negative space and bold blocking, loosened by sprayed water and dripped paint.

She participated in the juried group exhibition”Sichtbar, Unsichtbar”at Kunstverein Erding (August 2025). She is both an active member of Kunstverein Erding (Oktober 2025) and Pasinger KunstSpectrum (December 2025). In March 2026 she was elected as Board Member (Third Chairperson) of the Kunstverein Erding.

Alongside her artistic practice, she has worked in marketing, administration, and software development.

She holds a Diplom (equiv. MA) in Political Science from Hochschule für Politik München (HfP), affiliated with LMU Munich.
